YDS cümle tamamlama sorularında doğru seçenek, cümledeki bağlacın kurduğu mantıksal ilişkiye uyandır: neden, karşıtlık ya da taviz (beklenenin tersi). Seçenekler çoğu zaman aynı konuyu anlatır; ayıran şey bağlacın kurduğu ilişkidir.
